Responsibilities
- Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval and use.
- Ensure all documents are properly labeled, filed, and stored according to company protocols.
- Assist in scanning and digitizing documents for electronic records management.
- Verify and update data entries as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Coordinate with team members to gather necessary data and documentation for processing.
- Provide support in the preparation of reports and summaries based on data entered.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with database management.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
