Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and office correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Support the administrative team with various tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
