Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and these services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Meet performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • A quiet workspace free from distractions during working hours.
