Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in our database for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
