Responsibilities

  • Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval and use.
  • Ensure all documents are properly labeled, filed, and stored according to company protocols.
  • Assist in scanning and digitizing documents for electronic records management.
  • Verify and update data entries as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Coordinate with team members to gather necessary data and documentation for processing.
  • Provide support in the preparation of reports and summaries based on data entered.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with database management.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
