Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and office correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
